Anna, my fiancé and I have been working with Bob for several months now looking at various properties to purchase. Yes, I am that wishy-washy client that some agents would definitely find frustrating. However, Bob was always so friendly and accommodating for every property that Anna and I wanted to see. He is always so very accommodating & friendly and genuinely makes me feel like us being satisfied as a client to get exactly what we want is his only job. Bob is always very proactive; so much so that he reached out recently about a cottage that was for sale that we might be interested in and as it turned out there was another larger one for sale across the street and we currently have a signed contract on that cottage! Bob’s advice on our offer and subsequent negotiations was excellent and we are purchasing the cottage for an excellent price, and the closing date I desired to accommodate me. He is now selling the lot for me, and already has many contacts that are showing immediate interest. His “connections” in the Reynolds Lake Oconee area have proven to be extremely helpful to me in many ways - even with Banking recommendations. I wish Bob continued success, and will happily and readily always recommend him to friends or anyone interested in Reynolds Lake Oconee properties.

When looking for an escape away from our primary residence in Atlanta, we decided to find a home in Reynolds Lake Oconee. We connected with Rich Johns and he showed us several available homes but ultimately we decided that a new build was the direction we wanted to go in. Rich’s expertise and experience helped us find a wonderful lot and he also connected us with a quality builder who met us at the lot on a Sunday. Hatfield builders gave us a quality home and placed our house perfectly on the lot to capture the best water views from so many places around the house. We had a vision for what we wanted our home to be like and with the help of Shane Evans of Ansley Interiors we were able to create an amazing place for our family to gather and relax.
