About Sandy Dillard

Born and raised in the Lake Oconee area, Sandy brings a deep-rooted understanding of Lake Country and the surrounding counties to every real estate transaction. She is a dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly professional agent who is committed to providing exceptional service throughout the buying and selling process. Throughout her career, Sandy has consistently ranked in the top 10% of Keller Williams agents for total sales volume, a reflection of her strong market knowledge and client-focused approach.

Sandy is passionate about building lasting relationships—not only with her clients, but also with fellow real estate professionals. This commitment earned her the 2023 Lake Country Board of REALTORS® Spirit Award, recognizing her as an outstanding agent to work with.

In addition to real estate, Sandy owns and operates a successful bookkeeping and property management company serving clients throughout the Lake Oconee area, giving her a well-rounded perspective on real estate investments and property ownership.

Sandy has been married to her husband, Van, for 27 years. They are proud parents of four children and blessed with two wonderful grandsons. Their family is completed by three beloved fur babies—Johnnie, Charlie, and Sophie.

When she’s not helping clients buy and sell along the shores of Lake Country, Sandy enjoys reading, beach trips, spending time with family, friends, and fur babies, serving her community, and cheering on the Gatewood Gators under the Friday night lights.
