Rachael Dimon brings a fresh perspective, an investor’s mindset, and a deep community connection to her real estate practice. After relocating from California in 2021, Rachael quickly fell in love with the Lake Oconee area and is proud to now call it home.

Rachael’s path into real estate was paved by hands-on experience. She was introduced to the industry through flipping residential homes with her husband, Jason, a private investment manager and commercial real estate investor. This background in renovation—combined with her experience in commercial real estate investments and property management—gives her clients a distinct advantage. Whether she is helping a buyer see the potential in a "fixer-upper" or advising a seller on ROI, Rachael’s technical knowledge ensures her clients navigate the process with confidence.

Rachael and her family are deeply integrated into the fabric of the Lake Oconee area. They attend Lake Oconee Church, and Rachael is a proud "Gatewood Mom," raising two daughters who attend Gatewood School in Eatonton, where she also serves as the middle school sideline cheer coach.

Passionate about giving back, Rachael volunteers with Victory Train and believes strongly in supporting the community that has welcomed her family so warmly.
