About Anna O'Neal

A Lake Area resident since 2004, Anna began her real estate career in luxury property management in Savannah, Georgia in 2001. From there, she moved into affordable housing offerings with Mercy Housing SouthEast and finally became one of the essential staff members of the esteemed Cora Bett Thomas Company, learning real estate sales from one of the best teams in the area. Since moving her family here to the Lake Area, she has worked in both property management and real estate sales at Reynolds Lake Oconee and independently. Anna has a robust and extensive knowledge of the local market within the gates, in land & farm sales, and Lake Sinclair & Lake Oconee areas.

She enjoys splitting her time living on a farm in Middle Georgia and downtown Greensboro. She is a mom of two teenagers, Hayden, 19, a student at Georgia Southern's Honors College - Armstrong Campus in Savannah, and Ellie, 16, a junior at Lake Oconee Academy. Their family enjoys spending time at St. Simons Island, Georgia, and hanging out with their miniature dachshund, Gus.
