Charlotte Hildreth relocated to Greene County in the spring of 2021 after residing in Southern California most of her life. She comes to the Lake Oconee area with years of experience in real estate sales and finance.
Charlotte began her career as a loan officer and transaction coordinator which provided great training and a wealth of experience in contracts, listings, loans, and all facets of the real estate business. Her positive attitude and tireless work ethic make her a great addition to the community. She was a long-time volunteer at her children's schools for over 18 years, and served for five years as the PTA president.
Charlotte has three adult children and one grandchild, Elianna. Her favorite activities around the area include attending live music events with her family, learning the game of golf, and introducing beautiful Greene County to her visiting friends and family.
